If we are willing to be really honest, what contribution do we bring to our work, our families, our relationships, in fact everything that we do?
Does it matter?
We could say, no, as we just want to get through our day, get to the weekend so we can have a ‘break’ or that we do not even have time to think about this.
But the fact is, we are being blind when we think like this. Because the way we choose to live is the quality of life we then receive and experience. This is not handed down from ‘on high’ – we contribute directly to the quality of life we experience.
So if we are stressed, feeling there is no purpose, feeling like we might as well give up (if we haven’t already), and generally miserable with life, then is it not worthwhile looking at very simple, real and tangible ways we can change it so we feel great?
Likewise, if we are already feeling like we are on top of things, is it not worthwhile asking how we could bring in a whole new level that would see us feel not only on top of things, but amazing?
