New Beginnings

At any time, we can choose to have a new beginning. What does this mean?

It means we can start afresh. Perhaps we can admit that our relationships have been a bit guarded, that we have been interacting with people at work and in our every day life with protection and a closed-ness. Perhaps we have done things to seek security and feel safe, at the expense of others.

At any time, we can decide that we want to bring an openness and a humbleness to address what needs to be addressed, so that what we bring to those around us is true.

We hurt each other when we do not do this, and we all suffer as we live, work and operate in an environment that is less – because we are choosing to bring less.

Each day is a new beginning. If we treat it that way, there is so much opportunity for more, and that opportunity is offered to us as rhythmically and reliably as the sunrise each day.
